Before race day
- Your confirmation email arrives as soon as you enter; race-week information follows a few days before the event.
- Bib numbers and timing chips are collected on the day at the event village — bring the name you entered with.
- Check the event page for your distance's start time, laps and any cut-off (some parks require one).
- Need to change distance or transfer to a friend? Manage it through Let's Do This before entries close.
On the day
- The event village opens around 90 minutes before the first race — arrive early to collect your bib and warm up.
- A secure bag drop is available; attach the tag from your bib and travel light.
- Routes are fully marshalled and marked with distance flags; water stations are on course for longer distances.
- Headphones are fine on park courses — keep one ear free so you can hear marshals.
After the finish
- Collect your unique themed medal and post-race goodies as you cross the line.
- Chip-timed results are published on race day and added to your RunThrough Rankings profile.
- Free professional photos are uploaded within a few days — search by bib number.
Spectators & supporters
- Spectators are always welcome. The event village is the best spot to catch both the start and the finish.
- Dogs and strollers: check the event page — venue rules vary by park.
